Cocoa Powder

I put this in the blender with coffee. And ice. And sugar. I think I bought this many many years ago. I once thought you could stick it in heated milk and have hot chocolate. They don't really tell you it's unsweetened on the box and that you really, really need to add sugar. This one is still good. It will probably be good forever.

Don't judge me.

Ha ha. Unless its smells like funk (you know what I mean) it is still good. There is almost no fat to go rancid in it. And as you have already discovered, no sugar. Bad for bacteria, and it's dry. Poor little bacteria and molds can't live and grow in that.

Didn't you learn your lesson that time when you were little and made hot chocolate out of cocoa powder? When I laughed hysterically in anticipation of the face you would make when you took a sip? And you never took the sip :( I guess I should have waited to laugh until after it actually happened.
