I sure wasn't, that's why this 12 year-old jar of cole slaw dressing has been destroyed. It broke my heart seeing all that brown gooey goodness go down the drain but I think I'll make it through.

I have a dough starter that looks similar. Only it's edible. And no listeria, botulism, salmonella or other such fun threats.
